OUR CAPABILITIES – PIT FURNACE

• The 8 MT two Pit Furnace used for MS wire rods/wire coil processing ensures uniformity in tensile strength, hardness, and ductility throughout the entire batch produced.
• Its controlled heating process helps maintain consistent mechanical properties and product quality across all coils in the batch.

OUR CAPABILITIES – BELL FURNACE ​

• The 10 MT two Bell Furnace for Boron, Alloy, Medium & High Carbon wire rods/wire coils ensures uniform tensile strength, hardness, and ductility across the entire batch.
• Its controlled heating cycle and protective atmosphere ensure consistent quality with minimal decarburization.

N2 AUTO LINE & HMI RECORDER​

• The N₂ automatic purging line ensures a positive atmosphere inside the furnace, thereby preventing excess decarburization during the heat treatment process.
• The HMI recorder continuously records the temperature throughout the cycle, ensuring temperature uniformity and minimizing variations during operation.
