SURFACE TREATMENT MODULE

Surface quality plays a critical role in wire drawing performance and final application.
Our surface treatment process ensures removal of scale and preparation of clean surfaces by applying Phosphate & Lube Coat over wire rods for smooth drawing operations.

HEAT TREATMENT MODULE

We provide controlled heat treatment processes to achieve desired mechanical properties such as tensile strength, ductility, and hardness.

OUR CAPABILITIES – PIT FURNACE

• The 8 MT two Pit Furnace used for MS wire rods/wire coil processing ensures uniformity in tensile strength, hardness, and ductility throughout the entire batch produced.
• Its controlled heating process helps maintain consistent mechanical properties and product quality across all coils in the batch.

OUR CAPABILITIES – BELL FURNACE ​

• The 10 MT two Bell Furnace for Boron, Alloy, Medium & High Carbon wire rods/wire coils ensures uniform tensile strength, hardness, and ductility across the entire batch.
• Its controlled heating cycle and protective atmosphere ensure consistent quality with minimal decarburization.

N2 AUTO LINE & HMI RECORDER​

• The N₂ automatic purging line ensures a positive atmosphere inside the furnace, thereby preventing excess decarburization during the heat treatment process.
• The HMI recorder continuously records the temperature throughout the cycle, ensuring temperature uniformity and minimizing variations during operation.

Heat treatment enhances wire flexibility, strength consistency, and application suitability.

WIRE DRAWING MODULE

Wire drawing is performed using multi-stage drawing in a single stage wire drawing machines to achieve accurate diameter reduction and required tensile properties based on the customer specification
