BULL-BLOCK WIRE DRAWING MACHINE VERTICAL TYPE
16 Vertical Bull Block Wire Drawing Machines ensure precise coil formation across various ID sizes from 600 mm to 1000 mm, tailored to customer feeder specifications. They efficiently draw wire from 1.5 mm to 10 mm, handling coil weights ranging from 30 kg to 600 kg with consistent performance.

HEAT TREATMENT LINE
Two Bell and two Pit furnaces deliver a combined 700–750 MT/month capacity, enabling precise Recrystallization and Spheroidization Annealing. Each coil is produced under advanced HMI data monitoring, ensuring consistent quality and full process traceability.
DISPATCH AREA
All drawn coils undergo uniform single-layer packing using VCI, HDPE, or stretch film to ensure rust prevention. Each coil passes through PDI inspection and full traceability verification before dispatch for guaranteed quality.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation & Dispatch Network Our efficient logistics system ensures 150 MT dispatch per day across Bangalore, Hosur, Chennai, and Coimbatore, etc., enabling timely delivery and seamless operations.
